Tip - How many times have your
attempts to eat healthy been sabotaged by the sight of a
buffet table, Mom's Christmas treats, or pastries on the
dessert cart?
In today’s busy work world, many people don’t recognize
the fact that food has a high amount of eye appeal,
generally leading to overeating at meals.
Any source on the internet will state that overeating is the
leading cause of weight gain.
Last year, a group of Swedish scientists conducted an
experiment in which 10 people ate a meal sized portion of
food. The
studies involved the 10 people for the first meal to be
blindfolded and then were asked to consume there given
portions. The blindfolded group of people
ate 24% less of there meal, due to the fact they stopped
eating once there body told them they were full.
Once again, there is no magical
pill for weight-loss, but their are pills that can help you
in the beginning. It still takes alot of insight and self-control.
