alike neither should their diet systems.
Much of this can be
attributed to the way that media and television portrays
weight loss/dieting. You see a program late at night
saying that thousands have lost weight and are
finally getting the bodies that they have always
wanted! This is somewhat deceptive; just because the
program worked for hundreds or even thousands of
people does not mean it will necessarily work for
you.
We are individuals,
and as individuals our needs vary from person to
