diet programs consist of intensive weight training would want
to have a higher intake of carbohydrates because of the way
the body digests uses and stores the energy.
Considering this, you have many choices to choose
from such as rice, pasta, potatoes, whole grain cereals and
beans.
If you play sports eating healthy and having an
appropriate diet program can adversely affect your performance. Many power-lifters eat a lot of carbohydrates before
events. The
reasoning behind this; is whatever carbohydrates aren’t
broken down and used as energy can be later stored in
muscles or the liver for later usage.
For any sport this is extremely useful to have an
extra energy boost during your activity.
It can mean the difference between winning and
losing.
