Heart Diet -
If
you want a healthy heart, a diet that is high in cholesterol
is steering you in the wrong direction.
Any and every food you eat affects the health of your
body, and most importantly your heart.
Learning which foods are nutritious and helpful is
the key.
A diet that is low in saturated fat (animal fat, coconut
oil) and high in monounsaturated fat (olive oil, canola oil,
seafood) can keep you on track for a healthy heart. Eating plenty of grain products and fruits and
vegetables can help maintain your weight, cleanse facial
pores for healthy looking skin.
Chemicals such as caffeine, MSG, sodium and other food
additives all affect the health of your body and your heart. Ideally,
following this as a rule of thumb can insure your health and
safety. Have
foods with less fat, less sodium and fewer calories while
eating more fiber! Constant
monitoring and healthy eating habits will insure the safety
of your body.
