Cabbage Diet -

A cabbage diet or better known as the “Cabbage Soup Diet” is a low fat/low calorie diet. It is also extremely high in fiber and can help you get into shape quickly.  It is a great solution for those who want a low fat diet prior to setting up an exercise program.

Cabbage soup contains cabbage and many other nutrients the body uses as energy. The amazing thing about this, is that for cabbage soup you can have as much as you want, anytime of the day.  The advantages to the diet are endless, and since it is all natural there are no harmful side effects.  Even though this diet is only for seven days it is an excellent push in the right direction for a more moderate diet.

Some may find the soup bland, but there is an array of different herbs and spices you can add to give the soup a lot more flavour and eye appeal!  The diet should be followed very carefully and you should drink at the minimum 4 glasses of water a day.
