A
3-day diet mainly focuses on certain types of food commonly
found in your current diet, that when mixed
create reactions in the digestive system.
The chemical reaction that takes place will boost
your metabolism, and increase the rate of fat burn for an
extended period of time.
The 3 day diet plan is a limited calorie diet or
a "low fat diet". There
have been instances where if followed correctly you may be
able to lose 10lbs in just under 3 days.
After the 3 days has expired you will continue to
eating normal and healthy for 4-5 days and not overeat.
During the
3-Day Diet, you may add many different condiments
such as herbs, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup, lemon,
vinegar etc. The
amount of liquid you should consume should be around 4
glasses of water and you are allowed to have diet beverages
such as diet soda.
The
types of food you consume really depend on the person.
Usually sticking with less fatty foods such as vegetables, grains, pasta
and lean meats are a good idea.
